1. Start from the group
Before each session, a conversation with the sponsor, and often a short questionnaire for participants: roles, starting level, tools already in use, expectations. For a leadership team, we also ask for current projects, because they will become the exercises.
2. Produce the materials, then review them
Our materials are not fixed slide decks. They are produced from a content base we keep up to date: concepts, demonstrations, exercises, sector cases. For each group, our system assembles a program, picks examples from its sector and produces the materials in its language, French, English or Arabic. Every piece is then reviewed and adjusted by hand.
3. Get everyone involved
During the session, participants vote from their phones, answer quizzes and compare live the answers of several models to the same question. The results appear on screen and start the discussion.
4. Leave with useful documents
Each participant leaves with a personal workbook, built from their own contributions during the day: their use cases, the prompts they tested, their initiative sheet. These are documents they reuse the following week, not a course summary.
5. Report back to the sponsor
For leadership training, we hand over a synthesis: the group’s maturity, the initiatives proposed, the risks perceived. The training also becomes a diagnostic.
Good training is measured the following week, by what participants do differently.
