We process your data in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, where it applies, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), subject and message.
- Catalog request: name, work email address, organization and target audience.
- Appointment booking: if you book a call, the information you enter (name, email address, chosen time slot, organization, topic, language and any details) is processed on our behalf by Calendly, our booking tool, then added to our calendar.
- Audience measurement: traffic statistics (pages viewed, referrer, device type, country, clicks on our contact buttons) are produced on our own server and by Umami, a cookie-free analytics tool that does not store your IP address.
- Preferences: your choice of language and display mode (light or dark) is stored in your browser.
Purposes
This data is used only to answer your requests, organize our conversations, prepare a proposal if you wish, and understand how the site is used. Processing is based on your own initiative when you write to us or book a call, and on our legitimate interest for audience measurement.
Recipients
Your data is intended for Synara. Our technical providers (hosting, email, Calendly booking tool) may access it only as far as needed to provide their service. Your data is never sold or transferred.
Third-party services and transfers
The website is hosted by OVH in France. Fonts are served from our own server. YouTube videos shown in some notes only load if you click on them, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); YouTube’s own privacy policy then applies. Appointment booking runs on Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States). The calendar only loads on the Contact page after you click “Book a call” or “See available times”; Calendly may then set its own cookies and applies its own privacy policy. Confirmed appointments are added to our Google Workspace calendar, with a Google Meet link. Umami analytics is provided by Umami Software, Inc., whose providers are located in the United States and the European Union. Where providers are located outside Morocco, the data transferred is limited to what is strictly necessary.
Retention
Messages and contact details are kept for three years after our last exchange, unless there is a contractual relationship. Traffic statistics are kept for six months by Umami, and in aggregated form on our server.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data and, where the GDPR applies, the right to erasure, restriction and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@synara.ma. You may also contact Morocco’s data protection authority (CNDP), or the data protection authority of your country of residence in the European Union.
Security
The website is only accessible over HTTPS, and access to data is limited to the people who need it.
